Prime Class Notary is a business-to-business remote signing service. I work with lenders, mortgage professionals, title and settlement companies, credit unions, and other approved business partners. This is not a public walk-in or general consumer notary service.

My focus is a smooth, well-communicated process: review the assignment, confirm eligibility and platform requirements, coordinate the appointment, complete the required identity checks, guide the signer through the signing session, and return completed paperwork through the agreed secure channel.

Strict remote-service standards

Identity verified. Documents protected. Process followed.

Remote signings are conducted only through an approved platform and only when the transaction, jurisdiction, lender/title approval, and platform requirements are satisfied. Signers must successfully complete the platform's required identity verification and credential checks before the notarization proceeds. Loan packages and sensitive information are exchanged through the business partner's approved secure portal, never through an ordinary public website form.

Inquiry or booking request

Company submits its contact details, requested service, preferred timing, and a description of the signing needs. The request is reviewed before acceptance.

Documents sent securely

After approval, the company sends the complete package through its secure portal with signing instructions.

ID verification & signing

The signer completes the remote platform's required identity verification and credential checks, then signs the approved paperwork during the session.

Same-day return target

Completed documents are checked and returned through the agreed secure channel. The target is return before 6:00 PM the same business day for timely, complete accepted assignments with successful verification.
